What you’ll be doing:
- Join a 26-person environmental team, supporting carbon goals and environmental management systems.
- Develop and monitor plans for carbon, biodiversity, waste, and sustainability across varied projects.
- Liaise with clients and regulators to ensure legal compliance and secure environmental consents.
- Lead audits, investigations, and support teams with training, reporting, and low-carbon initiatives.
What you’ll bring:
- A valid UK driving licence and flexibility to work across Chippenham, Melksham, and Wilton (with hybrid options).
- A degree or relevant qualification in an environmental field and a passion for sustainability.
- Experience in highways or infrastructure (but they welcome those new to carbon too).
- A proactive mindset with interest in carbon innovation, compliance, and environmental volunteering.
