We are seeking an experienced Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Manager to join a leading main contractor operating across the North West. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on major projects ranging from GBP30m to GBP90m, with multiple live schemes currently underway. As an EHS Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance and driving best practices across all sites. You will have direct involvement at board level, influencing strategic decisions and shaping the company’s safety culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee EHS compliance across multiple large-scale construction projects.
  • Develop and implement robust health, safety, and environmental strategies.
  • Engage with senior stakeholders and attend board-level meetings.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to site teams to maintain high safety standards.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience as an EHS Manager within a main contractor environment.
  • Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental legislation.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
