About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Manager to join a leading main contractor operating across the North West. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on major projects ranging from GBP30m to GBP90m, with multiple live schemes currently underway.

As an EHS Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance and driving best practices across all sites. You ll have direct involvement at board level, influencing strategic decisions and shaping the company s safety culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee EHS compliance across multiple large–scale construction projects.
• Develop and implement robust health, safety, and environmental strategies.
• Engage with senior stakeholders and attend board–level meetings.
• Provide leadership and guidance to site teams to maintain high safety standards.

What We re Looking For

• Proven experience as an EHS Manager within a main contractor environment.
• Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental legislation.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
