Based in Mid Ulster, this industrial/manufacturing business is seeking a SHEQ Manager to lead and maintain the Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality Management systems and processes across their sites in Mid Ulster and Northern Ireland, with some travel to support the wider UK business.

Job Responsibilities:- Lead and support the SHEQ division in Northern Ireland, set clear goals, and help build a positive and proactive safety culture across the business.
- Ensure all health, safety, environmental, and quality standards are met, including maintaining key certifications.
- Carry out regular audits and site inspections, and work with external auditors to keep certifications up to date.
- Support risk assessments, investigate incidents, identify causes, and implement actions for early prevention.
- Keep SHEQ policies and procedures updated, and deliver training and safety briefings to ensure everyone understands their responsibilities.
- Work with regulatory bodies, manage permits, and drive ongoing improvements by reviewing performance and introducing new ideas.
- Minimum NEBOSH Certificate or similar level qualification in Health & Safety.
- Strong knowledge of Health & Safety and environmental legislation (ISO standards).
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in the Industrial or Manufacturing industry.
