We’re partnering with a leading facilities management organisation to appoint an HSEQ Manager – Technical & Projects, responsible for driving health, safety and environmental excellence across technical operations and project delivery. This is a senior, visible role with a strong focus on CDM compliance, leadership and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead HSEQ across technical services and projects, with accountability for CDM 2015 compliance.
- Develop and embed HSEQ policies, procedures and management systems.
- Line manage and support HSEQ Advisors, providing technical guidance and leadership.
- Lead incident investigations, including RIDDOR reporting.
- Manage audits, inspections and performance reporting, driving improvements.
- Provide expert HSEQ advice to operational, facilities and project teams.
What We’re Looking For
- NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent).
- Strong CDM 2015 knowledge within construction or FM environments.
- Proven experience leading HSEQ in technical or project-led operations.
- Confident communicator able to influence and challenge at all levels.
- Experience with ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 management systems.
