We are working with a facilities management provider to recruit an HSEQ Advisor, supporting safe, compliant and high-quality service delivery across sites and projects. This is a hands-on role focused on audits, inspections, contractor management and practical HSEQ support.
Responsibilities
- Provide HSEQ advice and support to operational teams and clients.
- Carry out audits, inspections and risk assessments.
- Investigate incidents and manage RIDDOR reporting where required.
- Review contractor RAMS and monitor on-site compliance.
- Support HSEQ initiatives, campaigns and behavioural safety.
- Produce clear reports and performance updates.
What We’re Looking For
- NEBOSH General or Construction Certificate (or equivalent).
- Experience in an HSEQ role within FM, construction or a similar environment.
- Good knowledge of UK health and safety legislation.
- Confident, practical approach with strong influencing skills.
- Working knowledge of CDM 2015 - desirable.
