This is a chance to be part of a hugely successful English department where over 80% of students gained 4+ in 2025. West Bromwich Collegiate Academy is an oversubscribed Secondary School in the Black Country. The Academy opened its doors in September 2019 with 175 students and has continued to grow each year. It is now at full capacity with 805 students on roll.

Key Responsibilities
- To develop, plan and deliver effective and high-quality learning experiences for all students they teach.
- Be accountable for the learning and achievement of all students they teach.
- To liaise with teaching colleagues across the Academy to support strategic development, share good practice and plan collaborative activities.
Candidates should be able to demonstrate:
- Have experience teaching across the key stages. Applications from newly qualified teachers are also welcome.
- Be a consistently good/outstanding teacher.
- Be an exceptional classroom practitioner with high expectations of both learning and behaviour.
- Able to inspire, motivate and enthuse pupils.

- To be proficient with the use of technology for learning and have a willingness to innovate.
