The predicted salary is between 37280 - 48227 £ per year.

Salary: Band F–G SCP £37,280 – £48,227 per annum pro rata (£34,412 – £44,517 per annum)

Hours: 37 hours per week, Term Time + 2 weeks

Required for: September 2026

At Shireland CBSO Academy, we are seeking an ambitious, resilient and highly effective Behaviour Manager to lead our pastoral provision and drive a culture of high expectations, inclusion and positive relationships across the academy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership and line management of the pastoral team
  • Lead behaviour systems and ensure consistency across the school
  • Analyse behaviour data and inform interventions
  • Support attendance, safeguarding and SEND processes
  • Build strong relationships with families and external agencies

Candidate Profile

  • Experience working with secondary-aged students
  • Strong behaviour management knowledge
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to analyse data and lead interventions
  • Resilience and ability to work under pressure
  • A commitment to inclusion and student success
