Hours: 37 hours per week on a rota basis to meet the needs of the role throughout the year
The Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring our site is legally compliant, well maintained, safe, and fit for purpose at all times. Your duties include being responsible for the oversight of building project management, site security, maintenance and repairs, the cleaning team, and development of the site including the safe, compliant, and efficient operation of all security and building management systems.
What We are looking for
- You will lead on the effective and efficient delivery of Planned Preventative and Reactive Maintenance, Compliance and Statutory Testing, Statutory Inspections of Plant and Equipment.
- Overseeing the Safe and Effective Engagement of Contractors and contributing to the Life Cycle Works of the School Estate.
- To provide a comprehensive Building Management Service at the school which will encompass Soft and Hard Facilities Management to ensure school needs and statutory requirements are fully met.
- To contribute to the creation of a high-quality learning environment for pupils and staff that is clean, well maintained, safe and secure.

Ideally you will have...
- Experience of working in a school environment
- An understanding of statutory testing requirements
