We are seeking to appoint a Pastoral Manager to work in our Behaviour Management Service working with individuals and small groups of identified students to improve behaviour, raise attainment/attendance and support outstanding behaviour across the academy.
The successful candidate will join a highly motivated and skilled team; working alongside two very experienced, extremely supportive Senior Pastoral Managers will ensure a successful start for a candidate with the requisite skill and personal drive.
This is an exciting time to join an extremely capable pastoral team whose daily work ensures routinely outstanding behaviour in a contextually challenging secondary school. Above all, applicants require personal drive, enthusiasm and an assertive nature.
While prior school experience is desirable, it is not a pre-requisite for success within this role. The Shireland Collegiate Academy Trust is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff to share this commitment.
