A salary of Band F–G SCP £37,280 – £48,227 per annum pro rata (£34,412 – £44,517 per annum) with hours of 37 hours per week, Term Time + 2 weeks is offered for this position, required for September 2026.
At Shireland CBSO Academy, we are seeking an ambitious, resilient and highly effective Behaviour Manager to lead our pastoral provision and drive a culture of high expectations, inclusion and positive relationships across the academy.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and line management of the pastoral team
- Lead behaviour systems and ensure consistency across the school
- Analyse behaviour data and inform interventions
- Support attendance, safeguarding and SEND processes
- Build strong relationships with families and external agencies
- Experience working with secondary-aged students
- Strong behaviour management knowledge
