About the Role: We are seeking qualified staff members for relief cover, covering annual leave and emergency staff absences across both nurseries. You will be expected to cover on short notice in emergency cases to ensure staff-to-child ratios are adhered to at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cover shifts with little notice in emergency cases to maintain staff-to-child ratios.
- Work with children aged 0-5 years.
- Demonstrate knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage Curriculum.
- Be outgoing, confident, flexible, friendly and communicate effectively within the team.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year experience working with young children in a good or outstanding setting.
- Level 2 or above recognised qualification in child care and education.
- Ability to support nursery management in providing high-quality, effective day-to-day care and education for children.
- Work as part of a team of qualified and experienced nursery practitioners and assistants.
