West Bromwich Collegiate Academy is an oversubscribed Secondary School in the Black Country. The Academy opened its doors in September 2019 with 175 students and has continued to grow each year. It is now at full capacity with 805 students on roll. The Academy is committed to inclusive education for all students at every ability and equipping students for the future through teaching them relevant and cutting-edge skills for the era in which they live. Most importantly we believe that every student should be safe, happy, ambitious for themselves and respectful of all.
We are looking for a passionate and creative teacher who works well within a team and will help us on our journey to provide exceptional educational provision for our pupils and families.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, plan and deliver effective and high-quality learning experiences for all students they teach.
- Be accountable for the learning and achievement of all students.
- Coordinate with teaching colleagues across the Academy to support strategic development, share good practice and plan collaborative activities.
- Take the lead for their specialist subject area within the L4L curriculum.
Candidate Profile
- Experience teaching across the key stages (applications from newly qualified teachers are also welcome).
- Consistently good/outstanding teacher.
- Exceptional classroom practitioner with high expectations of both learning and behaviour.
- Able to inspire, motivate and enthuse pupils.
- Committed to raising standards for all and drive to constantly learn and improve.
- Willingness to lead initiatives and evidence of impact.
- Passion to make a difference to others.
- Proficient and willing to innovate with technology for learning.
