37 Hours per week - 52 weeks (including support for alternative timetable to 5.15pm and some Saturday working). We are seeking to appoint a Pastoral Manager to work in our Behaviour Management Service, working with individuals and small groups of identified students to improve behaviour, raise attainment/attendance and support outstanding behaviour across the academy.
The successful candidate will join a highly motivated and skilled team; working alongside two very experienced, extremely supportive Senior Pastoral Managers will ensure a successful start for a candidate with the requisite skill and personal drive. This is an exciting time to join an extremely capable pastoral team whose daily work ensures routinely outstanding behaviour in a contextually challenging secondary school.
Applicants require personal drive, enthusiasm and an assertive nature. Prior school experience is desirable, but not a pre-requisite for success within this role.
