Shireland Collegiate Academy Trust is seeking to appoint a professional and highly organised Human Resources Officer to join our Trust HR Team. Working as part of the HR Team the postholder will provide confidential, efficient and professional HR support to Trust and client schools, supporting leaders and staff in a broad range of HR activities. You will have the opportunity to develop and apply your skills across a range of HR practice, including employee relations, recruitment and retention, management of HR data, payroll and HR administration. The HR Team play a key role in employee wellbeing and the culture of the organisation, giving you the opportunity to develop in these areas.
Requirements
- Have experience of working in a confidential HR environment
- Be highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Be able to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
- Communicate professionally with a wide range of stakeholders
- Be able to travel to schools within the Trust
