Key Responsibilities
- Accountable for the learning and achievement of all students in Physics.
- Provide high quality leadership and management for Physics within the Academy.
- Develop effective partnership working with other staff to secure high levels of student progress.
Qualifications and Experience
- Experience teaching across the key stages; newly qualified teachers are also welcome.
- Consistently a good or outstanding teacher.
- Exceptional classroom practitioner with high expectations of learning and behaviour.
- Able to inspire, motivate and enthuse pupils.
- Committed to raising standards for all and share the drive to constantly learn and improve.
- Willingness to lead initiatives and evidence of impact.
