Overview

SALARY: Band B SCP 2-4 (£24,413 – £25,185 per annum); HOURS: 37 hours per week, 52 weeks; TERM: Permanent.

We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our site team as a Grounds Maintenance Operative. You will be based at Thorns Collegiate Academy, working within our estates department to carry out grounds’ maintenance works across our Trust estates to a high standard.

Responsibilities

  • Grass mow both pedestrian and tractor/ride on machine.
  • Drive company vehicles including trailering, tractors and other powered vehicles as instructed.
  • Assist with the marking of pitches.
  • Strim and blow leaves/debris.
  • Collaborate as part of a team.
  • Be flexible and adaptable.
  • Hold a full valid UK Driving Licence.
