About the Role:
In this role, you will provide high-quality general administration, assist with enquiries, support meetings and travel bookings, maintain accurate records, and contribute to smooth day-to-day operations. You will work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders while ensuring confidentiality and adherence to organisational policies.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Providing general administration support such as preparing documents, handling correspondence, and data entry.
- Assisting with booking meetings, venues, and simple event logistics.
- Responding to enquiries from staff and community members in a friendly, helpful manner.
