Shire Healthcare are recruiting for a Practitioner Psychologist to work within a specialist day school in Wakefield, West Yorkshire.

Work a 4-day working week for full time pay!

Role snapshot:

The candidate appointed will be working for a reputable nationwide employer who encourages working life balance by offering full paid contracts whilst working 4 days per week! The post holder will be joining an education team within a specialist day school, delivering psychological assessments and interventions to pupils ages 5 – 19, who present with developmental trauma, SEMH needs and/or neurodivergent. This team works with a person-centred approach.

Contract type: permanent and term time (52 week working contracts available)
Hours: both part time and full time will be considered
Salary: up to £65,000 FTEExperience required:

Clinical, Counselling, Educational and Forensic Psychologists applying will have HCPC registration and experience working with CYP with developmental trauma, SEMH needs and/or neurodivergence.
