We are working in partnership with a provider of adults services and have a permanent opportunity for a Senior WAKING NIGHT Support Worker based in Farnborough, Hampshire. If successful, you will be working as part of a team providing support to adults with severe mental health conditions within a residential service. This is an opportunity to join a supportive employer with genuine opportunities to progress. This is a permanent position paying between £14.00-£15.00, 40 hours per week. Level 3 in Health and Social Care is essential. If you are already an established Support Worker, this role will be the next step in your career.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support during the night to adults.
  • Support the adults with developing a healthy sleeping routine.
  • Safeguard vulnerable adults and report any suspicion or evidence of harm.
  • Continuous commitment to professional development.
  • Willing to cover other homes when required.
  • Liaise with parents and/or carers and other professionals if required.
