Psychotherapist - child/adolescent trauma

Shire Healthcare are working with a specialist care provider for children and young people presenting with complex needs, to recruit a *Psychotherapist *to work in *Herefordshire*.

*Role snapshot:*
The successful candidate will join an *Therapies Team* who work with children and young people (ages 10-18) providing assessments , formulations and psychological interventions (including DBT) on both a 1-2-1 and group basis.
You will provide a high quality terapy service to carers, families, and groups within/across teams.
*Contract type* – permanent
*Hours* – 3 days – 5 days per week
*Salary* – Up to £44,000 FTE
*Experience required:*
Counsellors applying will have *accreditation *with the *BACP, UKCP *or *BABCP* and will have previous experience working with children and young people presenting with complex needs, specifically *trauma*.
Due to the nature of the role, a car owner/driver is required.
