Shire Healthcare are recruiting for a Practitioner Psychologist to work within a specialist day school in Wakefield, West Yorkshire.
Role snapshot: The candidate appointed will be working for a reputable nationwide employer who encourages work-life balance by offering full paid contracts whilst working 4 days per week. The post holder will be joining an education team within a specialist day school, delivering psychological assessments and interventions to pupils aged 5 β 19, who present with developmental trauma, SEMH needs and/or neurodivergence. This team works with a person-centred approach.
Contract type β permanent and term time (52-week working contracts available).
Hours β both part-time and full-time will be considered.
Salary - up to Β£65,000 FTE.
Experience required: Clinical, Counselling, Educational and Forensic Psychologists applying will have HCPC registration and experience working with children and young people with developmental trauma, SEMH needs and/or neurodivergence.
