Shire Healthcare are recruiting for *Psychologist* to join a *Children\’s Charity *focused on supporting *neurodiversity *in *Staffordshire.*
*Role snapshot:*
The candidate appointed will provide *operational leadership *of the Autism service, and ensure effective management alongside the Chief Operating Officer.
You will support improvements in the service, *performance*/*quality *and develop the *strategy *for the service to ensure *business growth*.
Additionally, you will be the *Safeguarding *Lead, deliver *supervision*, line manage and oversee one of the support teams, and support with *clinical assessments *in Autism for children aged 4-11 years old.
*Contract type* – permanent
*Hours* – full time, 37.5 hours per week
*Salary* – £60,000 – £63,000 FTE
*Experience required:*
Those applying will have *HCPC* registration as a *Psychologist* *OR registration *with the *NMC *alongside extensive experience of working with children with neuro-diverse presentations. (including assessment and diagnosis of *Autism*.) You will also need to have experience in *change management*, *service development *and have effectively line managed other clinical stuff previously.
