Shire Healthcare are recruiting for a *Clinical Psychologist *to join a *neurorehabilitation *hospital, supporting adults with *acquired Brain Injury and complex/challenging needs, *based in *Staffordshire.*
*Role snapshot:*
The candidate appointed will lead and oversee the operation of the therapy programme within the service (including specialised psychological *assessment*/*intervention*.)
You will *supervise*/ manage other Psychology professions, provide *consultation*, contribute to *formulation *and *treatment *plans, alongside monitoring clinical *outcome measures.*
You will work within a *multi-disciplinary* team and *contribute *to *service developments*, facilitate *staff reflective *practice sessions, as well as design and deliver training.
*Contract type* – permanent
*Hours* – full-time , part-time applicants may be considered
*Salary* – up to £62,400 FTE
*Experience required:*
Psychologists applying will have *HCPC* registration as a *Clinical *Psychologist along with experience working within a *neuro *setting (this could be acquired brain injury, neuro-rehab, or working with neuro-degenerative disorders.) You will also have previous *management/leadership *experience ideally.
