Shiraka’s client, a children's nursery in Radlett, seeks a Level 3 qualified Nursery Practitioner for a full-time, permanent role (40 hours/week). You will lead a group within the senior team, mentoring junior staff and tracking progress of children under five according to EYFS guidelines.
You will oversee your room’s staff, maintain records, and work closely with parents and external professionals to support each child’s development.
