Job Description

We are currently working with a great Nursery in Forest Gate, to recruit an experienced manager for a large 100+ place nursery. As well as a very competitive salary, this is a great opportunity to join a Nursery that is one of the leading providers of high-quality, pre-school education.

This is a full time position working all year round and 40 hours a week.

If you have experience of managing a Nursery Setting or working as a deputy manager and looking to step into a manager position, this could be a great opportunity for you.

Nursery Manager Duties:

Delivering outstanding care and education in line with the EYFS

Guiding team members on effective parent communication and parental partnerships

Ensuring all aspects of the nursery operation is compliant with Ofsted and Human Resources

Ensuring that each child’s wellbeing is met and that they thrive in a safe environment

Safeguarding all children in you care

Nursery Manager requirements:

Strong leadership skills

A proven record of Management/leadership experience

Excellent knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage

Strong people skills with the ability to listen, support and guide colleagues
