Shipston-on-Stour Primary School, part of The Stour Federation, is looking for an excellent, full-time teacher to help establish and teach in a newly set up internal support base, teaching small groups of children with identified need throughout the day, in liaison with the children's class teachers. We are seeking an inspiring and professionally thoughtful candidate who can use a range of pedagogical techniques and strategies to meet the needs of all children. You should enjoy working as part of a supportive team who care for each other, our children and our whole community.

Responsibilities

  • Teach in a newly set up internal support base and deliver small-group instruction for children with identified needs, in liaison with their class teachers.
  • Use a range of pedagogical techniques and strategies to meet the needs of all children.
  • Collaborate with a wide range of colleagues in a two-form entry school to support development and learning.
