The Senior Manager, Commercial, VesselMan sells VesselMan solutions for drydocking.
The main purpose of the role is to generate new customers and clients through business development activities and to promote VesselMan/ ShipServ / Marcura brand awareness.

We are looking for a sales-driven person who shares our vision to convert manual
procedures into a digital format – transforming the way maritime companies
leverage digital technologies.
into commercial discussions – preferably from the maritime industry related to
business value from utilizing digital technologies and improved ways of work
within asset management, including presentations and product demonstrations.
Manage the sales pipeline and generate revenue using SalesForce. Provide regular updates on the progresses made to Management and update the relevant software that monitor the sales pipeline cycle.
Understand the value drivers and negotiate the commercials for the relevant services.
Liaise with Business Intelligence Team to develop high quality leads following the processes to drive commercial actions.
Bachelor’s degree, MBA or equivalent
~7 years of sales experience preferably within Ship Management or the Maritime industry
~ Experience using SalesForce and sales enablement platforms like Outreach.Contacts within the shipping industry would be a definite plus.
~ Experience in remote working, working independently and collaborating with teams virtually
~ Experience from strategic solution sales with insight into how business
Technology savvy, passionate about digitalisation and digital sales channels
