Shipping & handling responsibilities
- Own the day-to-day commercial relationships with EU/UK carrier partners, including Royal Mail, DPD, Evri, and others as the network grows.
- Identify opportunities for expansion with our existing portfolio of carriers.
- Manage contract compliance, rate monitoring, and performance tracking across your carrier portfolio.
- Handle escalations and issue resolution, operating as the bridge between carrier contacts and internal teams (Product, Engineering, Support, and Sales).
- Identify and surface commercial and compliance risks proactively, driving resolution before issues escalate.
- Participate in carrier QBRs, partner introductions, and new product scoping conversations.
- Maintain accurate documentation for carrier agreements, integration requirements, and operating procedures.
- Work closely with the Director and above to align priorities with broader Carrier Partnerships strategy.
Your shipping requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in partner management, account management, or commercial partnerships — preferably in logistics, e-commerce, or SaaS.
- Background in strategic relationship management, not operations — you understand how carrier networks work without having built your career inside them.
- Experience with EU or UK carriers and familiarity with international logistics dynamics and cross-border compliance.
- Experience working with commercial agreements and building relationships within large organizations.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently across time zones.
- Clear, confident communicator with both technical and commercial stakeholders.
- Proactive problem-solver who drives issues to resolution without losing the strategic thread.
- Moderate technical fluency — comfortable with API documentation and able to support technical discussions when needed.
Our Compensation Policy:
We believe compensation is a custom experience and are committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The standard base pay range for this role is min is €82,400.00 and max €118,450.00 (we tend to anchor at the mid point €103,000.00).
