What You’ll Do:
- Drive growth through strategic partnerships and direct sales, turning relationships with agencies, platforms, and technology partners into revenue while acquiring and expanding customer accounts.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure partner and customer success and position ShipperHQ as a leading e-commerce solution.
- Grow revenue through strategic partnerships with agencies, e-commerce platforms, and technology partners.
- Identify and close co-selling, referral, and go-to-market opportunities across partner and direct sales channels.
- Own sales conversations, demos, and negotiations across SMB and Enterprise pipelines.
- Manage the full sales funnel and continuously improve processes to drive efficiency and conversion.
- Build strong customer relationships to maximize value, drive retention, and uncover upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Support, and CS on joint initiatives, partner enablement, and customer success.
- Represent ShipperHQ at industry events, webinars, and community initiatives.
- Track partner and customer performance in CRM tools, sharing insights that inform strategy and growth.
What We’re Looking For:
- 0 - 2 years of experience in SaaS sales, partnerships, customer success, account management, or business development.
- Experience working with agencies, technology partners, or platform ecosystems is a strong advantage.
- Strong understanding of the e-commerce landscape, including platforms, integrations, and merchant needs.
- Revenue-driven and accountable: motivated by outcomes, owns targets, and delivers measurable impact.
- Proven ability to manage a sales pipeline and close new business while growing existing accounts.
- Excellent relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Proficient with CRM and sales enablement tools.
- Able to quickly learn and communicate technical product details and value propositions.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively use AI tools (including prompt-based workflows) for research and analysis, paired with strong critical thinking and quality control to avoid low-quality outputs.
