We are looking to appoint a motivated and proactive CCF School Staff Instructor (SSI) to start in September 2026.
Responsibilities- Commit to a 2.5‑day‑per‑week schedule during term time, with an additional two weeks of commitment and flexibility in working days; availability on Wednesday and Friday is advantageous.
- Deliver a cadet training programme that builds confidence, leadership, resilience and teamwork, and support pupils to achieve their full potential in a structured and rewarding environment.
- Work with the progressive CCF contingent focused on RAF and Royal Navy sections, leveraging the riverside location and proximity to local RAF flying bases.
- Actively involved in a CCF, ACF, or tri‑Service equivalent programme.
- Recent service as a Senior Non‑Commissioned Officer (SNCO) in the Armed Forces is beneficial.
