Shipday Logistics seeks an experienced Operations Director/Manager to lead and grow our delivery operation as we prepare to operate as an Amazon DSP. This senior role will take ownership of the day-to-day management of the delivery business.
You will oversee drivers and fleets, recruitment, rotas, dispatch, performance, safety, costs and compliance, and provide regular operational and financial reports to the shareholders. Prior DSP or large courier operations are highly desirable.
