As we prepare to open the doors of Elysium St Mawes, we're building a talented, enthusiastic kitchen team who share our love of great food, fresh ingredients and memorable guest experiences.
Our food offering will be inspired by the Mediterranean, with vibrant flavours, seasonal ingredients and beautifully prepared dishes served in a relaxed, welcoming environment.
We're looking for people who love what they do, take pride in their work and want to be part of something special from the very beginning.
Sous Chefs – Confident, creative leaders who can support our Head Chef, inspire the team and help deliver consistently fantastic food.
Chefs de Partie (CDPs) – Talented, organised chefs who take ownership of their section and have a genuine passion for quality and presentation.
Commis Chefs – Enthusiastic, aspiring chefs who are keen to learn, develop their skills and grow their careers alongside an experienced team.
Kitchen Porters (KPs) – Our essential behind-the-scenes heroes who help keep the kitchen running smoothly, safely and efficiently.
Why join Elysium?
This is more than just another kitchen job. It's an opportunity to be part of a brand-new hotel, help shape our kitchen culture and grow with an exciting new hospitality collection.
