We're getting ready to open the doors to Elysium St Mawes, our beautiful new boutique hotel in one of Cornwall's most stunning coastal locations, and we're looking for warm, enthusiastic and passionate Hosts to join our team!

The Role

As a Host, you'll be at the heart of the Elysium experience, working across Reception, Bar and Restaurant to create memorable moments for our guests.

No two days will be the same! One moment you could be welcoming guests as they arrive, the next serving a beautifully crafted drink or helping create a wonderful dining experience.

You'll be part of a versatile, supportive team where everyone works together to ensure our guests feel relaxed, welcomed and exceptionally well looked after.

What You'll Be Doing

• Welcoming guests with genuine warmth and personality.
• Managing guest check-ins, check-outs and enquiries.
• Providing friendly, attentive service in our restaurant and bar.
• Taking orders, serving food and drinks and making recommendations.
• Sharing your knowledge of the hotel, local area and experiences.
• Anticipating guests' needs and adding those special little touches.
• Working closely with colleagues across all departments to deliver a seamless guest experience.
• Taking pride in maintaining beautiful surroundings and exceptional service standards.

Previous experience in a hotel, restaurant or bar would be fantastic, but it's not essential. If you've got the right attitude and a willingness to learn, we'd love to hear from you!
