Shining Stars Tutors is looking for incredible online tutors to join our fast‑growing team. We are looking for tutors who are inspiring, motivated educators, ready to make a difference.
In addition to being competitively priced, we will provide a number of FREE virtual sessions aimed at learners who would not otherwise be able to access private tutors (though there is a focus, anyone can attend). These sessions will be aimed at common concepts in English and Maths. Shining Stars also provides parent workshops in order to help parents/guardians understand the concepts in the Primary Curriculum, SATs & 11+ and Secondary & GCSE.

Responsibilities
- Tutoring children ages 11‑16 one‑to‑one Maths, English online or at the tutee's home
- Analysing assessment data to prepare engaging lessons
- Maintaining relationships with parents and children
- Completing lesson reports
- Maintaining communication with the relevant Client Manager
Requirements
- 1+ year of teaching/tutoring experience
- Experience tutoring 11+ is desirable
- Degree 2.1 or above, or currently studying towards a degree AND Qualified Teacher Status
- Able to work a minimum of 1 hour per week
