About the Role
The Limelight is looking for enthusiastic, reliable and customer-focused individuals to join our floor staff team in Belfast.
As a member of our floor staff, you will play an important role in ensuring our customers have a safe, welcoming and enjoyable experience. Working in a busy live music and entertainment venue, you will be part of a team delivering excellent service during gigs, events and regular venue operations.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to be part of Belfast's live music scene.
Key Responsibilities

Provide a friendly, professional and welcoming experience for customers.

Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the venue.

Assist with the setup and preparation of the venue for gigs and events.

Monitor floor areas and help ensure customers can move around the venue safely.

Respond to customer queries and provide assistance where required.

Work closely with colleagues across the venue to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Follow all relevant health and safety procedures and venue policies.

Support the team during busy periods and live events.
Requirements

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Reliability, punctuality and the ability to work well as part of a team.

The ability to remain calm and organised in a busy environment.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and event nights.

Previous experience in hospitality, customer service or a live entertainment venue is desirable but not essential.
