Role Description
- Ingredient Sourcing: last‑minute food runs to procure high‑quality ingredients, maintaining relationships with suppliers and ensuring timely delivery for shoots.
- Kitchen Management: maintain cleanliness and organisation of the prep kitchen, ensuring all equipment is in working order and complies with health and safety regulations.
- Food Styling Assistance: work alongside home economists and food stylists to prepare and present food attractively for filming, ensuring visual appeal aligns with the show’s aesthetic.
- Research: stay updated on current food trends, seasonal ingredients, and culinary techniques to contribute fresh ideas to the production team.
