Shine is seeking an exceptional Director of Finance, Governance & Operations to join our Senior Leadership Team and help shape the future of our national charity.
The role is based at Shine's Peterborough office and carries a £60,000 FTE salary, 30 days' annual leave plus bank holidays, discretionary leave between Christmas and New Year, a 6% employer pension contribution, and the chance to make a lasting difference to people affected by spina bifida and hydrocephalus.
