The Role
- Carry out day‑to‑day maintenance and minor repairs across the school site.
- Complete routine tasks to ensure the smooth operation of buildings and grounds.
- Open the school each morning and ensure the premises are secure when not in use.
- Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of outdoor areas.
- Regularly check heating, lighting, alarm systems and other key facilities to ensure full functionality.
- Manage and order supplies, equipment and maintenance requisitions as needed.
- Work proactively with school staff to support the safe and efficient running of the school.
