Interaction Education is working in partnership with a well‑regarded secondary school in Hertfordshire to recruit a qualified and enthusiastic Geography Teacher. This is a full‑time, permanent position offering the opportunity to join a supportive and forward‑thinking humanities department.
The Role- Deliver engaging and high‑quality Geography lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.
- Plan, prepare and assess lessons in line with the national curriculum.
- Inspire students to develop a strong understanding of geography.
- Contribute positively to the wider school community and departmental development.
- A welcoming and inclusive secondary school with a strong academic focus.
- Supportive senior leadership team and well‑resourced Geography department.
- Easily accessible within Hertfordshire and surrounding areas.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience teaching Geography at secondary school level in the UK.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one).
