Your Role
Here’s what you will be doing:
- Participate in a two-year rotational Commercial Graduate Programme at Colgate-Palmolive's Northern Europe Hub in Woking.
- Rotation 1: Consumer Experience (Brand & Marketing) - Manage product launches, collaborate on digital campaigns across social media platforms like TikTok and Pinterest, support UK, Ireland, and Nordic markets, lead social enterprise initiatives with 'Change Please,' and handle brand management fundamentals including budget tracking.
- Rotation 2: Customer Development (Sales & Account Management) - Develop partnerships with major UK retailers such as Tesco, Sainsbury’s, and Asda, create and optimize joint business plans, work cross-functionally with Brand, Category, and Shopper teams, analyze commercial data, manage investment invoicing, and support field sales to maximize product visibility and sales.
- Collaborate with Professional Oral Care, e-Commerce, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to gain comprehensive commercial business exposure.
About You
