As the first point of contact for our customers, you’ll provide expert advice on products and orders, ensuring every interaction is handled with professionalism and care.

The Challenge

  • Calculate offers and process customer orders accurately.
  • Deliver high-quality service via phone and email.
  • Monitor stock availability, perform credit checks, and manage order processing.
  • Maintain efficient administrative systems.
