We are looking to recruit an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join their team. The role is part of an ongoing expansion project within the firm due to an increase in workload. The company has recently acquired several long-running contracts with a 5-year projected length.
The Electrical Maintenance Engineer Role:
- Electrical fault finding, maintenance, and repair on heavy engineering / industrial equipment
- Planned and reactive maintenance across the site
- Working closely with mechanical engineers and production teams
- Supporting continuous improvement and reliability initiatives
- Ensuring all work is carried out safely and in line with current regulations
Electrical Maintenance Engineer Requirements:
- Apprentice-trained or equivalent in Electrical Engineering
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations - essential
- 17th and/or 16th Edition - advantageous
- Strong electrical fault-finding skills in an industrial environment
- Experience within heavy engineering, manufacturing, or similar industrial settings
- Comfortable working a rotating days and nights shift pattern
