Shillito Group are seeking a Business Development Manager based in Worcester to generate new commercial opportunities, build lasting client relationships and support technical sales growth. You will work closely with engineering and delivery teams to convert enquiries into profitable, repeat business, manage a sales pipeline and represent the company at customer meetings.
