Export Officer
Getting an order out of the door takes more than booking transport. The paperwork, delivery details and people involved all need to line up. Key Responsibilities
Organise UK and international shipments, coordinating transport arrangements with freight forwarders and hauliers so orders are dispatched accurately and on time.
Prepare export documentation and customs paperwork, maintaining accurate shipping records and keeping the documents for each shipment organised and accessible.
Liaise with colleagues, customers and transport providers about shipments and deliveries, communicating clearly and dealing with issues as they arise.
