About Us

Shillito Group are excited to be exclusively partnering with a growing SME manufacturing business based in Sheffield in their search for a driven and detail-orientated HR Administrator or HR People Coordinator to join their team. As the business continues to evolve, we are looking for a proactive and organised HR Administrator to support the development and implementation of modern HR policies, processes, and people practices across the company. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys practical HR administration and wants to play a key role in helping a business prepare for upcoming UK employment law and employee relations changes over the next few years.

The Role

Working closely with senior leadership, operational managers and possibly third party support, the HR Administrator will support day-to-day HR administration while helping to review, update, and roll out company-wide policies and procedures. The role can be structured as either full-time or part-time depending on experience and business needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
  • Support the review, creation, and implementation of HR policies and procedures
