Shillito Group are recruiting for a skilled CNC Miller to join a growing precision engineering business. This is a days-based role offering stability, long-term progression, and the opportunity to work on high spec components in a clean, well run environment.

The Role

  • Program, set and operate CNC milling machines using Fanuc / Manual Guide
  • Machine high-precision components to tight tolerances
  • Work with a range of materials including stainless steel, titanium and specialist alloys
  • Carry out first off and in process inspection
  • Select tooling, speeds and feeds to optimise performance
  • Take ownership of jobs from start to finish

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience as a CNC Miller in a precision environment
  • Strong knowledge of Fanuc controls
  • Ability to program, set and operate independently
  • Confident working to tight tolerances and complex drawings
  • Proactive approach with a focus on quality and efficiency
  • Offline programming experience would be advantageous (Fusion 360)
