Are you a strategically-minded Procurement Director with complex negotiation experience? Do you have progressive procurement experience, including leadership experience? Shillito Executive Search are working with a key manufacturing client in the region as they look to recruit a Procurement Director into their senior leadership team. The Procurement Director will be responsible for leading the strategic sourcing, capital procurement, and supplier management functions within highly-regulated manufacturing environments.

You will build a procurement team underneath you following the appointment. The role will provide strategic procurement leadership across the business and cover key areas such as:

  • Capital Project & Program Procurement
  • Supplier Relationship & Risk Management
  • Commercial & Contract Management
  • Governance & Compliance
  • Team Leadership & Organisational Development

As a key appointment to the business, we're looking for a high-level candidate with a Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration (or related) and a CIPS or CPSM qualification also. Based in South Yorkshire, this opportunity offers a significant six-figure package, which will be discussed in more detail upon application.
