As a Shift Manager, you'll be responsible for:
- Leading from the front and being hands-on, working on the line and in the dining area
- Supporting the General Manager in delivering perfect burgers and fries while providing an above & beyond experience for your team and customers

- Ensuring every customer is delighted with their order and their Five Guys experience - dealing with complaints promptly in an open and honest way

What you bring to the table:
- Experience: Ideally, at least 1 year of management experience in a similar role within a high-volume hospitality or QSR environment.
- Customer Satisfaction: Obsessed with the guest experience and have a track record of driving customer satisfaction scores, increasing engagement, and consistently delivering excellent Mystery Shopper results and positive reviews.
- Financial Responsibility: Understanding the basics of running a profitable shift, managing crew breaks, minimising food waste, and deploying the team effectively during the rush.
- Leadership Skills: A natural motivator who enjoys being hands-on, leading by example and getting the best out of the Crew during a busy service.
- Operational Excellence: Good working knowledge of Food Hygiene and Health & Safety standards and know how to enforce them on the line.
