This is a full-cycle recruitment role where you'll take ownership of a warm desk, looking after both client development and candidate delivery, giving you full control over your desk and earnings.

Key Responsibilities- You'll be responsible for the end-to-end booking of temporary staff.
- You'll hit the road, building relationships with clients and developing new business opportunities.
- You'll advertise current opportunities and continue to build on our community of hard working heroes.
- You'll interview, recruit and manage the booking of temporary works in your area.
- Previous experience working as a 360 recruitment consultant (preferably logistics).
- Great interpersonal skills, confidence and experience in managing relationships with both candidates and clients.
- The ability to work under your own initiative and enjoy being part of a team.
- A great problem solver.
